2026 Mulan International Film Festival Festival Pack Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a 2026 Mulan International Film Festival Festival Pack (a “Festival Pack”), the purchaser (“Purchaser”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. Festival Packs are offered by Mulan International Film Festival (the “Festival”).
1. Festival Packs and Redemption
A Festival Pack is not an admission ticket and does not provide admission to any Festival screening or event by itself.
After purchasing a Festival Pack, the Purchaser will receive the corresponding redemption code(s) by email. Redemption codes must be used at the Festival’s official website, www.mulanfestival.com, to redeem individual screening tickets.
Only a valid individual screening ticket issued after redemption will provide admission to a screening. Presenting a Festival Pack purchase confirmation, receipt, or unused redemption code at a Festival venue does not guarantee or provide admission.
Redemption codes may be used to redeem tickets in any combination permitted by the applicable Festival Pack, including redeeming multiple tickets for the same screening, subject to ticket availability.
2. Festival Pack Types
The Festival offers the following Festival Pack types:
3-Ticket Festival Pack
Redeemable for three (3) individual screening tickets to eligible Festival screenings.
6 + 3 Festival Pack
Redeemable for:
six (6) individual screening tickets to eligible Festival screenings, including Fountainhead programme screenings; and
three (3) additional individual screening tickets specifically for Fountainhead programme screenings.
10 + 6 Festival Pack
Redeemable for:
ten (10) individual screening tickets to eligible Festival screenings, including Fountainhead programme screenings; and
six (6) additional individual screening tickets specifically for Fountainhead programme screenings.
Unless otherwise stated by the Festival, Festival Pack redemption codes may only be used for eligible screenings presented as part of the 2026 Mulan International Film Festival and may not be applied toward merchandise, donations, passes, workshops, special events, or other products or services.
3. Screening Availability
Festival Packs do not reserve seats for any particular screening.
All redemptions are subject to ticket availability at the time of redemption. Purchasing a Festival Pack does not guarantee that tickets will remain available for any particular film, screening, date, or time.
Purchasers are encouraged to redeem their codes as early as possible after tickets for their desired screenings become available. The Festival is not responsible if a Purchaser is unable to use some or all redemption codes because their preferred screenings have sold out or are otherwise unavailable.
4. Redemption Codes
Redemption codes are valid only for the 2026 Mulan International Film Festival and expire at the conclusion of the Festival unless otherwise expressly stated by the Festival.
Each redemption entitlement may be used only once. Once a code or redemption entitlement has been successfully used, it cannot be reused.
Purchasers are responsible for keeping their redemption codes secure. The Festival is not responsible for redemption codes that are lost, deleted, shared, disclosed to another person, or used without the Purchaser’s authorization.
Redemption codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Festival Pack purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the Festival expressly determines otherwise.
Unused or partially used Festival Packs and redemption codes have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or credits merely because the Purchaser does not redeem or use them before they expire.
Once a redemption code has been used to obtain an individual screening ticket, that ticket is also subject to the Festival’s applicable ticket terms and conditions.
If a screening is cancelled or materially changed by the Festival, the Festival may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, provide an alternative redemption opportunity, replacement code, exchange, credit, or refund, as appropriate.
6. Resale and Commercial Use
Festival Packs, redemption codes, and tickets redeemed through Festival Packs may not be resold for commercial gain.
Festival Packs or redemption codes may not be used as prizes, contest giveaways, promotions, or for other commercial purposes without the Festival’s prior written consent.
The Festival reserves the right to cancel or invalidate Festival Packs, redemption codes, or tickets that it reasonably determines have been obtained, transferred, resold, duplicated, or used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
7. Screening Tickets and Admission
All individual tickets obtained using Festival Pack redemption codes are subject to the 2026 Mulan International Film Festival Ticket Terms and Conditions, including applicable venue rules and admission requirements.
Possession of a redeemed ticket does not exempt the ticket holder from venue policies, age restrictions or film classifications where applicable, arrival requirements, or other conditions established for a particular screening or event.
The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove a person from a Festival venue where reasonably necessary for safety, security, compliance with venue policies, or serious misconduct toward Festival staff, volunteers, guests, or patrons.
8. Programme and Schedule Changes
Festival programmes, films, guests, venues, screening times, and schedules are subject to change, substitution, postponement, or cancellation.
Where circumstances require a programme or schedule change, the Festival will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through its website, email, or other appropriate channels.
9. Purchaser Email and Communications
A valid email address is required when purchasing a Festival Pack because purchase confirmations, redemption codes, redemption instructions, programme updates, and other information necessary to use the Festival Pack may be delivered electronically.
Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for checking their inbox and spam or junk folders for Festival communications.
Marketing and e-newsletter communications will be handled in accordance with the Festival’s applicable consent and unsubscribe practices and privacy policies.
10. Photography and Recording at Festival Venues
By attending a Festival screening or event using a ticket redeemed through a Festival Pack, attendees acknowledge that photography, filming, or recording may take place at Festival venues. Images, video, or recordings containing an attendee’s likeness or voice may be used by or on behalf of the Festival for Festival documentation, publicity, promotional, archival, and related purposes, subject to applicable law.
11. Personal Property and Assumption of Risk
Attendance at Festival screenings and events is at the attendee’s own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Festival is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property or for injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances outside the Festival’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Changes to These Terms
The Festival may update these terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to Festival programming, venues, ticketing or redemption procedures, or legal requirements.
Any material changes affecting an already-purchased Festival Pack will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
By purchasing a Festival Pack, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
