Aunt Lotus, blind yet vibrant, attends a film audition for a mirrored role that rekindles her cycling memories. Rejected but undeterred, she sets forth, embracing her own path on a bicycle, and relives her youth.

Singaporean writer-director Kew LIN has co-written the British feature film Love Possibly (2018), which premiered at Raindance Film Festival and notably received the Best Screenplay award at the Sochi International Film Festival. His latest Teochew short film Uncle Goose Waits For A Phone Call (2020) was screened at SeaShorts, Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival, and the BAFTA-qualifying Aesthetica Short Film Festival, bringing the sights and sounds of his country to the eyes of an international audience. Beyond narrative filmmaking, Kew is passionate about the Chinese language and culture. Fluent in Mandarin, he has travelled to China to make ethnographic documentaries.
